Course objectiveThis course is designed for students to gain counselling, group management and the leadership skills necassary for nursing services administration by working with undergraduate students who are applying management principles to nursing practice. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Demonstrate leadership and manager roles in nursing services management practices to the students through case discussions. (P1,P2,P3,P4,P8,P14,P15)
  2. Counsel the students in analysis of case studies. (P1,P2,P3,P4,P8,P15)
  3. Analyze and evaluate undergraduate student prepared reports. (P1,P2,P3,P5,P8,P13,P15).
  4. Evaluate change projects of students by attending all teaching activities of students in HEM 340 course. (P1,P2,P3,P4,P5,P8,P13,P15)
Course ContentThis course assists students to develop skills in counselling, group management and leadership by working with undergraduate students who are enrolled in HEM 340.
