Course objectiveThis course aims to provide students with basic knowledge on strategic management as a managerial philosophy that can be used by health care organizations to adapt to environmental changes. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Students who have taken this course are expected to have gained knowledge on: Primary concepts in strategic management; how to conduct situational analysis and interpret the results; how to develop and evaluate alternative strategies and select a strategy; how to develop and apply implementation strategies.
Course ContentThe content of course is composed of basic concepts in strategic management; strategic management model; situational analysis; developing alternative strategies; evaluating alternatives and selecting a strategy; implementing selected strategy; developing strategic thinking maps at each step.
