Course objectiveIt aims Reaching to the information, scholarly publications and discussions on Ottoman art and analysing the art and architecture in the provinces of the Ottoman Empire as well as their regional characteristics. 
Learning outcomes

  2. Analysing the art and architecture in the provinces of the Ottoman Empire as well as their regional characteristics,
  3. Comparison these with the artistic production that took place under the patronage of the court in Istanbul.

The art and architecture in provinces of the Ottoman Empire; local characteristics prevailing from pre- Ottoman period and the reflections of the courtly style in the provinces
