Course objectiveThe aim of the course is to provide legal advice to solve the disputes in the alternative level where the parties can save time and money by examining the alternative dispute resolution methods and especially the compromise methods in the criminal procedure law. 
Learning outcomes
  1. Student, - In the criminal procedure law, alternative dispute resolution methods, - Historical development, - Principles prevailing in alternative dispute resolution methods, - The procedure of reconciliation, - Conditions of reconciliation, - Settlement negotiations and outcome - Will learn reconciliation expenses and report writing.
Course ContentIt relates to the alternative dispute resolution methods in the criminal procedure law and especially to the compromise methods in the criminal procedure law.
