Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to make the students to be informed with the approaches and methods used for how human resources are developed.

  1. explains human in organisations as a resource
  2. compares the approaches of human resources in educational administration and supervision
  3. explains the functions of human resource management
  4. interpretes the current practices in point of view of human resource approaches
  5. gives suggestions for effective human resource management
