Course objectiveThis course aims to discuss the contemporary views and disputes related to theoretical problems of human rights and to guide the students to formulate their own ideas.  
Learning outcomes
  1. express the theoretical problems of human rights
  2. evaluate the different and conflicting theories of human rights
  3. formulate their own views related to those problems
  4. apply this points of view to the present theoretical human rights problems
  5. realize the convenience of philosophical approach in dealing with the theoretical problems of human rights
Course ContentIn this course some theoretical problems of human rights will be issued by means of referring to the views of some philosophers who put theories related to these problems.
