Course objectiveThe aim of this course is to study how linguistics can contribute to foreign language teaching.

  1. At the end of the semester the students will be able to;
  2. study how linguistics can contribute to foreign language teaching,
  3. quest an ecclectic search in terms of language learning an teaching theories,
  4. define the basic terms, approaches and techniques related to language teaching,
  5. apply different language teaching methods in sample in-class workshops.
